Privacy

What we collect

• Your email address (it is your identity — magic-link sign-in, no password).
• Your purchase record (what you bought, when, and the payment reference).
• Your drill and test attempts, if you sign in (so your progress is remembered between visits and the Test can certify). They are graded against a fixed standard — nothing you save changes the difficulty, and saved attempts are memory, never adjustment.
• Your session logs in the Tracker — only what you choose to enter.
• Your forum posts and your chosen display name, if you use the forum (your email address never appears on the forum — the display name is what other people see). Reports you file are kept with the post they concern. Forum posts you delete are deleted, not archived.

What we do NOT collect

• Your screening-gate answers are never stored. The system records only that a gate ran and whether you continued — never what you answered. This is enforced in the database schema and by an automated test.
• Nothing that identifies you is used to measure the site. We keep daily counts of how many times a few things happened — the home page was viewed, a drill was started, a film was played, checkout was reached, a purchase completed — and nothing else. There is no cookie, no session, no IP address, no device fingerprint and no advertising identifier involved, and no column in that table could hold one: it stores an event name, a date, and a number. The counts are never tied to you, and they are ours alone — no third party receives them. This is enforced in the database schema and by an automated test.
• No third-party advertising pixels or trackers.
• Sign-in security: we record the network address, coarse location (country and region only, never precise), and a hashed browser signature when you sign in and use the site, kept for 90 days, to detect account sharing and protect member access.
